1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a Legal Labs Pro Subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This applies to first-time Pro Subscription purchases (monthly or annual).
2. Who processes refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payments, invoices, subscription management, refunds, and chargebacks.
3. How to request a refund
You have two options:
- Visit paddle.net and sign in using the email address you used at checkout. From there you can view your order and request a refund directly.
- Or email us at hello@legallabs.co with your order email and the reason for your request, and we will forward it to Paddle and assist you through the process.
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by card issuer or payment method but are typically 5–10 business days.
4. Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling a Pro Subscription stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling a subscription on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period — to request a refund use one of the routes in Section 3.
5. After the 30-day window
Outside of the 30-day money-back window, refunds remain available in the circumstances set out in Paddle's Refund Policy and any non-excludable rights you have under applicable consumer law in your country of residence.
