Amending a settlement agreement

It is September 2023. The parties have reached a settlement in principle. Caldwell will pay Hargrove £55,000 in full and final settlement. In return, Hargrove will vacate the Premises by 31 December 2023 and release all claims. A draft settlement agreement has been prepared by Caldwell's solicitors. It contains several errors and omissions. Your task is to identify and correct them. Below is the draft clause. Redraft it to correctly reflect the agreed terms and remove any provisions that are legally problematic or inappropriately favour Caldwell.

DRAFT CLAUSE 4 — SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE (as submitted by Caldwell's solicitors) 4.1 In consideration of the payment of £55,000 (fifty five thousand pounds) by Caldwell to Hargrove, receipt of which Hargrove hereby acknowledges, Hargrove hereby releases and forever discharges Caldwell, its officers, employees and agents from all claims, demands, actions and proceedings of whatsoever nature whether known or unknown arising out of or in connection with the Lease dated March 2022 or the Premises. 4.2 Hargrove confirms that it has no further claims against Caldwell or any associated company or affiliate of Caldwell whether arising under statute, common law, equity or otherwise. 4.3 This settlement is entered into without any admission of liability by either party. 4.4 Hargrove shall vacate the Premises on or before 31 March 2024. 4.5 The parties agree that this settlement agreement and its terms are confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of Caldwell.
