Context
Buildright Ltd owns a construction site. A sign reads 'Danger — No unauthorised entry.' Joel, 19, climbs over the fence at night to take photographs. He climbs scaffolding that collapses due to a corroded joint Buildright's inspectors had identified two weeks earlier but failed to repair. Joel suffers serious leg injuries. Buildright claims it owes Joel no duty as he was a trespasser.
