Context
Sarah emails Tom on Monday offering to sell her MacBook Pro for £800. Tom replies on Tuesday: 'I'll take it for £700.' Sarah does not respond. On Thursday, Tom emails again: 'Actually, I accept your original price of £800.' By Thursday, Sarah has already sold the laptop to a third party.
